MyLife Home Care

MyLife is a high quality, private pay home care and specialist care provider with branches across the UK. Their aim is to support independent living at home, through a wide range of services, all available through one company.

We was tasked with developing and building a main parent website for the company, then creating a microsite for each of the services they offer. Each microsite will contain detailed key information about the service, with online enquiry forms and many call-to-actions to entice users into contacting MyLife.

The Family

Established in 2013, MyLife is led by an experienced Senior Management Team based in their Milton Keynes headquarters. The team is committed to providing the very best in care and customer service, and providing a nurturing and positive environment for MyLife employees.

Local MyLife branches are overseen by a Registered Care Manager, supported by administrative staff.

MyLife Assistants have been carefully chosen for their empathy, life skills and compassion as well as their professional skills and training. Their recruitment and interview process is also designed to identify thinking skills to ensure that they are able to perform well in their role.

They support and nurture their Assistants, both professionally and in their personal wellbeing, so that they feel empowered and energised to deliver a quality service.

Find A Branch Functionality

The ‘Find a Branch’ facility was developed to aid future users of MyLife to find the nearest branch to them. You can manually enter a postcode, town or city into the search field, or alternatively, by using geolocation we pick can up the users’ IP address and automatically fill in the search field.

We have built a facility that pulls all the nearest branches to the users and shows them on a map the locations of the branches, and also offers up details about each branch, with the options to click through to a branch specific page, get directions via Google Maps, email the branch or simply call them directly from their phone.

RESPONSIVE

Fluid Mobile Experience

The MyLife website design is fluidly responsive across all devices – as it’s 2018! Each page maintains the same easy-to-read, and clear layout on all platforms. This project was aimed at a slightly different market to what we’re used to dealing with, it was important to make a conscious effort to focus on the ease of functionality and the simplicity of navigation.

Branding

The New Look

The MyLife brand is a symbol of quality, The guarantee of class, with a modern twist. We used pastel tones to easily distinguish each line of care, these separate colour-ways carry over and replace the default accent colours within each service page, making each service-line, a brand of it’s own.
